This project concerns the rehabilitation and expansion of a hotel located north of the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
Composed of two buildings - one part on the street and the other on the courtyard at the bottom of the plot - the operation consists of a standardization of the hotel and a raised street. After demolition of the existing roof, it will be raised by 2 levels and a level of attic, offering ten additional bedrooms. As for the courtyard roof, it will be transformed into an accessible green terrace.
The extension of the existing hotel ensures urban continuity by preserving and enhancing its facade. Indeed, the composition of the facade is kept on the street in order to register in its immediate environment environment of the Faubourg type.
