At the heart of a rapidly changing area, the redevelopment and densification of the site is part of a strategy to promote land and regional development. The RATP Tech Center located at the head of the plot gives a strong identity to the site through an architectural language inspired by digital aesthetics. The Industrial Hotel recovers heat from the Tech Center, which is also used for the district's heating and electricity network.
The project will be installed above the transport log, leaving a free underside for the optimization of bus storage. An "active" facade on Avenue Jean Jaurès makes it possible to connect the various activities by vertical pedestrian traffic or by drive-in ramps. A volume located south of the site - overlooking the road linking the avenue Jean Jaurès to the path of the Swiss - is intended for tertiary, light industrial and innovative activities.
