New mall "Green center"

This shopping center seeks to establish a dialogue between the historic city to the north and the surrounding natural site. This project departs from the idea of he large commercial monolith to focus on a typology close to a village. This Green Center, new generation, is articulated in several buildings, designed as autonomous entities that fit into the general organization, around a landscaped park. Pedestrian, automobile and soft traffic flows thus irrigate the site for multiple walks.
Each of the buildings has been studied according to a High Environmental Quality approach (modules each representing a sign are equipped with natural ventilation systems, green roofs). The aluminum and polycarbonate facades give maximum transparency and reflections to the whole. Finally, a range of signage has been specially studied for this site, like the Green Center and to serve the expectations of users as closely as possible.
